Rev. Johann P. DeWolfe,
MA P. Min., B.Sc. Clinical Psychology,CPC.
· Johann holds a Master’s designation in Practical Ministry from the accredited Wagner Leadership Institute Canada. She has other creditentials in clinical psychology, and has received an Award of Excellence for Clinical Psychology Project. In addition she has been awarded a Certificate of Distinction in appreciation of outstanding performance in Family Relational Therapy, received Certificate of Completion for Culture, Competency, Outreach and Violence against Women and been awarded the designation of Certified Professional Coach.
· Johann is a member of the Canadian Fellowship of Churches and Ministers. She has been serving with the Christian community for over 22 years and been appointed the Director of True North Consulting Ltd., to develop and implement faith based services that focus on providing professional care-related assistance.
· Johann has been providing chaplaincy based teaching and care-related services for over 18 years in a variety of settings including private, groups, churches and communities. She has developed and conducted several seminars and workshops and has facilitated support and recovery groups.
· Johann has served on several committees and boards to promote health and wellness. She has been involved in community conciliation, restorative justice initiatives and community engagement strategies. She has had a guest appearance on national television and has been published in Christian newspapers.
· Johann has authored several workshop manuals. She has also written support group workbooks dealing with ADD/ADHD as well as completed a research project titled “Effects of Learning Disabilities and Recidivism”. She is the author of several training curriculums
· Johann currently resides in Calgary, Alberta. It is her desire to develop and empower individuals, couples and families to fulfill the need for care in the Church, marketplace, community and at home.
· Johann is a member in good standing with the Canadian Association for Spiritual Care ( previously C.A.P.P.E.) trained in Crisis Intervention, Critical Incidence Stess Management and as a Chaplain with the Rapid Response Team. She is available for private consultation, itinerant speaking engagements and workshop teaching and facilitation.
