Coaching:
Our practice is based on utilizing the recognized core competencies and principles of professional coaching that involves holding out a possibility in front of the client, while coaching them to move forward to the next level with relentless compassion by setting goals, planning and taking action steps and achieving desired outcomes.
The Introductory Coaching Session:
Our objective during the introductory session is to discover if there is a reason for us to have a working relationship and to explore what we could accomplish in a reasonable time frame (initially three to six months) and how we would measure these accomplishments.
During this session we use a variety of assessment tools that help to visualize what the end goal is. We may also establish two or three initial goals to work on and gauge if you (the client) and we (the coach) are mutually excited about the possibility of achieving these goals. Lastly, we assess if we have been able to establish a communication base to work from. Each client needs to assess how this feels for them? How do they feel about working together? And lastly if they are interested in giving coaching a try.
The answers to the above questions shall determine if we will enter into a contractual proposal.
